THE
OWNERS' APARTMENT

Private master office

The size and layout of the Owners’ apartment is more common to a 60m yacht rather than a 50m yacht. Extending aft of the upper deck foyer and decorated in the same warm tropical woods accented by Balinese touches and natural textures, the area measures 80m2 (852ft2). A large office with a small bar area overlooks the ocean on the starboard side. A short corridor leads past 'his' walk-in closet and into the full-beam master suite with an intimate conversation area on the portside. The suite opens onto the bridge deck aft with
comfortable seating and table for informal dining. From the outside, the entrance is deliberately low-key in order to discourage guests from exploring. On the portside there are ‘his and her’ toilets, 'her' dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower and a spa bathtub inspired by a secret garden in a tropical rainforest. HELIOS 3 is extremely quiet underway. All builders know how to insulate an engine room but typically most passage noise stems from a creaky interior. Beautifully built, HELIOS 3 is almost completely silent.

Built as a family world cruiser, HELIOS 3 offers comfortable accommodation for up to 16 guests in 6 staterooms in addition to the owners’ apartment. Four large staterooms are on the lower deck, three queens and one twin which can be converted to a king. All staterooms have en suite bathrooms and some have Pullmans.
On the main deck, all the way forward to port, is a children/guide/pilot/instructor/teacher stateroom
sleeping up to three, with twin berths and a Pullman bed. The closet and bathroom with shower are just outside the door, near the gym.
The last guest stateroom, a twin with en suite bathroom with tub/shower is on the bridge deck portside, outside the owners’ apartment. Decorated in the same light Polynesian-inspired décor, the pebble details in the bathrooms reinforces the island vibe throughout the yacht.
